Tk::YADialog version 0.05

Version 0.05 of Tk::YADialog was uploaded to CPAN today.

Changes

• Calls method raise during pop up. Hopefully fixes popping up beneath a window.
• Added options -anchor, -background -font, -foreground, -justify, -textvariable -width, and -wraplength as transferred to the text label.
• Bug tracker for CPAN now points to Github.
